Automatically Generated Blacklist of All Known Pinion Servers

Waiting 30 secs? That's nothing compared to what I experience with Pinion.
- Crashing everything when Pinion showed up
- When you restart TF2, item server is down
- Only way was to restart steam to play TF2 again (with proper item server)

Connected to a pinion server? --> repeat all steps above

still getting pinion servers in mvm despite constantly adding any new ones i see to my blacklist.

also love how the ad continues to play despite disconnecting from the server.
