Hello, I'm new, and I made an account just to view this page really... But it seems that we might be getting a big update today? Any details on things besides fixed paints and such?
Also, Would blender work on any computer? My laptop is old and weak. I want to work on a spy set. And someone in the prior posts said that we could post ideas for hats and such here?

A fine first post you got there. Hopefully an update (including the paint mod) will be released today. No-one said anything about it being a big update, though!
(As far as I know Blender isn't such a resource hog so you should be able to run it just fine.)

Hot damn! I hope they release ALL of the tool/craft models and not just the Polycount ones. Then my icons pack will truly be complete.
And speaking of the icons, I know I've been sloooowww on progress lately; I've been busy with other stuff (like finals!). That's a pretty interesting concept. It could have a charge attack kind of like the targe except it would actually be good offensively. I guess a battering ram should also have a pretty high knockback, maybe as much as airblasts? Not sure if it'd be worth trading your minigun for but could be fun. Or it could just be a melee weapon using the minigun animations.
Also it could have a goat head on the end, both being punny (ram/goat) and referencing Heavy's apparent fear/dislike of goats mentioned in Poker Night.
Maybe a chainsaw could work as a melee too? It would pretty much be a close-range minigun, strong but slow and has to rev up.

Welcome. I don't know about blender, but first time I used 3DS Max it was on this shitty computer that could barely run Morrowind.
3D software don't use that much resources unless you want to render pretty pictures with them. Then your old computer will cough.
If you plan to do just low polygon stuff with it, no advanced full character models with every nose hair modeled with 5251451 polygons, you shouldn't have problems.
