Thanks! :buddy:
I think something more like the old mobile phones in a suit case. The whole unit didn't exactly open up fully more slide open it was more just to contain the battery unit and to look "smart" [img_thumb]http://www.samhallas.co.uk/van_toorenburg/transportables/c1_suitcase.jpg[/img_thumb] And the wiring looks more like a double helix at the moment... well triple
That curly wiring is meant to be an electrical coil, which produces the zaps during the saps. I do think that this "a lot of the case is filled with a battery thing" would be good. I think that Eddy's case would benefit from being more "full." I'm having a hard time putting exactly what I mean into words, though. Having a bunch of small parts that form a small device, and then putting it inside a briefcase looks inefficient. Eddy's briefcase's size doesn't look like it's being fully taken advantage of.

I always liked the original creeper hat, but never downloaded it as it looked too out-of-place. This, on the other hand... SSSSSS KABOOM
Thanks to Sparkwire for the animations.
Make the card wiggle a little when you move left and right. That'd be a GREAT effect imo.
I'm just trying what I can do with 3ds max. v:v:v So if it does look like Svdl's model, I'm really sorry.
Couldn't wait for us, then? If you want to do it yourself, great, go for it and learn new things. But we haven't forgotten it so it'll be ready at some point. Anyway, less "just a gun" and more "what's the point"
Can anyone recommend me a good mod to replace the lugermorph with?
Remove the front chain. Also, THAT SCALE.
I arrive; [img_thumb]http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/2514/isdoneya.png[/img_thumb] Good enough to crush baby men?
The only suggestion I have is to make the ammo belt not make the 90 degree turn and just feed straight from the drum. It'd look a lot less stretched than that IMO EDIT Unless that's the motor, not the ammo drum, in which case I must be somewhat blind because it looks like it's going into the drum, not the front box.
Well there was this one that came first: http://www.alphastudiossoftware.nl/islandupdate/
Speaking of those updates, were those awesome hats and weapons ever submitted to Valve? Also, I'd love to replace my Fedora with this fancy scuba, but I don't think it supports paint. What would be the result when I see a painted hat?

I love how it looks like a pillow, not a brick.
Pretty much done with this now. Anyone wan't to UV this for me? And texture? You don't wan't to see what happens when I try and do that myself. That's the worst thing that's ever happened to me in Blender.
I love how it looks like a pillow, not a brick.
Plushy creeper head. If only it was official. [editline]4th December 2010[/editline]
[img_thumb]http://img408.imageshack.us/img408/1970/omglolz.png[/img_thumb] Pretty much done with this now. [editline]4th December 2010[/editline] asfsjklhadgajf fix this double posting shit.
Plushy creeper head. If only it was official.
I'll contribute it. I see good chances getting it in the game, because Valve actually invited notch in the TF2 team. Notch declined back then because he didnt wanted to move out of his country. Valve just needs to ask notch for the permission, like they did with the vita saw ( 2k games ).

Not sure how it'll look in action, but I like the model itself. Also nice to see that pistol will be going somewhere. Sparkwire already "ate" the nailgun, I hoped it wouldn't happen again.
So, with that new class card thing, anybody want to try making a disguise kit remodel, that is the spy fanning out the cards? The number on the card could match the number you press.
How does Docs rifle look on the regular anims?
Terrible. He tries to crank the pressure gauge.
Make the card wiggle a little when you move left and right. That'd be a GREAT effect imo.
Yeah I can do that. I'll see if I can get the wire to jiggle around too. I'd totally lose my sandwich for this.
Speaking of Contributing, I finally submitted my fixed heavy gloves to valve, but I doubt something that small would get in-game. http://tf2mods.net/mods/127/Fixed-Heavy-Gloves/
I could probably help you with it.
Would be appreciated.
To be frank, I have no idea how the gun works :v:
I'm cool with that. It just seems like it'd look cleaner (and less "Natascha-y") with a straight-fed belt. EDIT: Upon further review it appears that the drum would be the belt holder, the box up front could be a powerful battery, and I see a small cylinder next to the main chamber which could hold a step-up motor.
I think it's a cool and remarkable extra with the chain. Not sure how it'll look in action
Wow, that actually looks pretty badass. I could imagine seeing Soldier running around with it and it's definitely a remarkable design that's easily recognizable in my opinion.
[img_thumb]http://img543.imageshack.us/img543/5111/chainman.jpg[/img_thumb]
For the record Svdl, I tried to make a BAR-inspired shotgun a long time ago for the Polycount contest and yours far outclasses it in every way. Your models always make me feel so inadequate.
[img_thumb]http://img543.imageshack.us/img543/5111/chainman.jpg[/img_thumb]
Jigglebone it, give it to the Heavy too, and call it a day. :v: That is a beautiful gun.
[img_thumb]http://img543.imageshack.us/img543/5111/chainman.jpg[/img_thumb]
Im assuming that chain jiggles more than an obese woman's arm flab yes?
Add me on Steam and we'll talk.
Ok, will do that later. Going to make some more modifications.
