It was originally going to be an egg launcher (was thinking of a cook set for the Demoman along with a Haggis Bomb) but this idea seemed a bit stupid after a while so I ditched it. The gas tank was meant to be the compressed air to launch the eggs but I decided to just leave it in even if it didn't make sense. The middle bit with the burnt area was a furnace to ignite the eggs (which a Pyro would assist you with). It could still be used for this purpose to ignite the projectile or to store critz like the Frontier Justice.
Also, I know it has 6 chambers. Originally I wanted it to maybe have 6 loaded as a plus and have some negative to counter it. In the worst case it can always be changed. I wanted to get the proportions similar to the current Grenade launcher so the animations could be used with it without any problems.
The screen shots from Model viewer aren't particularly good either. My graphics card and it don't get along and white bits appear when a normal map with mask is used. I also couldn't get it to work ingame so it's a static prop for now.[/QUOTE]

Ok i think i fixed some of the clipping issues with my scarf.

There are some clipping issues that are going to be imposable to fix on every class (especially during there cowarding animations) but i will try my best.

how about a mini-minigun/shotgun with like a long revolving barrel type of thing
like making a minigun out of the shotguns barrel and having it work as a revolver that shoots shotgun shells

I guess I did base it quite a bit of the current Grenade Launcher but I did want to be quite similar. I tried to make it look older like it had been past down to the Demoman through generations. :)

Are you using darker versions of the team colours so that it can be paintable?
EDIT: I mean, so that Team Spirit can be used?

My original idea was to make it a grey, neutral colour. That way you could paint it any colour you wanted. I changed it to a nice dark team colour to help it fit better. I suppose painting it team spirit would cause it to be a brighter red and blue but i am not sure.

The Scot Res also looks a lot like the default sticky launcher.
I honestly think it looks really good, the emblem has to either go or be placed elsewhere
And maybe a little more detail/ color change with the texture

Open it in VTFedit, copy the image, [i]then[/i] paste it into Paint.NET. The pure black parts will be transparent.
