That could prove useful actually, like, grants the wielder a mini-crit buff when they're on fire
Friendly pyros can light it likes Huntsman. When lit, if you attack, one stick of dynamite explodes and does extra explodey damage. Repeat until out of dynamite. When unlit, it does like 30% damage.

I mean... I don't know how to explain this...
Bullets that would explode on contact ~ on air as they reach a certain limited range (less than pyro's Flare Gun) but not off the ground and walls like rockets.
Firing faster than a shotgun, but limited range. Something like that.

we shouldn't make a weapon that relies on pyros to be useful, flaming arrows are just a fun little side effect that doesn't change much, that sounds like it affects a lot with the weapon.
