Yup. We need a old demo's logo skin and a paint fix. NOW.
I like the new Demo emblem but the paint is horrid.
No, his paint fix should still apply.
Did this update break anyone elses custom models or is it just me?
Can everyone check to see if their weapon replacements and hat replacements have vanished?
Can everyone check to see if their weapon replacements and hat replacements have vanished?
Mine have too :ohdear: Valve please dont take my custom models away from me!
I know why know. Valve have put every model in the weapons and player folders in team fortress 2 materials.gcf.
One step closer to emporium XXX :toot:
I know why know. Valve have put every model in the weapons and player folders in team fortress 2 materials.gcf.
GCF filesize. Notice how the main one is still 4gb. [editline]20th November 2010[/editline] My guessing is they are trying to distribute it over the other GCFs now.
One step closer to emporium XXX :toot:
that's getting old... also: [img_thumb]http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2010/323/6/8/omnomnom_by_blaholtzen-d336lzn.jpg[/img_thumb] i was bored
Around 0:20... I would love that beta's swap animation. Maybe not that long but c'mon its awesome

Oh, I see. They moved all the weapon/hat/player models to team fortress 2 materials.gcf. That's why all our custom models went asplode. It's probably for some practical reason like reducing the filesize of team fortress 2 content.gcf, but still, :wtc: Valve. [editline]why.jpg[/editline] Fuck, I'm late.
I'm scared to enter TF2 and get errors everywhere instead of lovely custom models :smith:
shugo wrote those
I wrote some of those. The bad-looking ones were, as you may have expected, done by Valve. :eng101:
And now my demoman just has one arm again. THX VALVE
looks like valve yet gave the community more work to do... Valve @ TF2 community: BACK TO WORK SLAVES
I wrote some of those. The bad-looking ones were, as you may have expected, done by Valve. :eng101:
Well, do you mind if I redo the ones that cause the grammatical part of my brain to shiver?
Sometimes I believe that this thread staff works more harder on the game than the Valve staff.
And now my demoman just has one arm again. THX VALVE
What on earth? How did that happen?
FAT32 only supports up to 4GB files, so valve is just moving shit around so the game still works.
What on earth? How did that happen?
Default sticky launcher animations only use Demo's right arm, except when reloading.
I'm a black scottish one armed cyclops!
I demand a picture.
I demand a picture.
He probably had a custom model that had the demoman holding the stickybomb launcher with two hands for a viewmodel.
oh, I see now. I thought you meant one of his playermodel arms was invisible.
I really want to see valve's verdict on the facepunch mod emporium. And sure enough all the mods this community made has gotten valve's attention and they're following? Honestly, i can't find any other community with such high quality mods, except for tf2maps but that's a different thing.
So close to XXX...
Honestly, i can't find any other community with such high quality mods, except for tf2maps but that's a different thing.
Polycount, but they're not really community driven
Polycount, but they're not really community driven
Did polycount even MAKE a tf2 weapon before the contest?
