Party Popper has high quality, but I can't help but think it won't fit into TF2. Maybe a Clown Theme is just TOO silly. I mean, the Sandvich is silly, but it fits Heavy's background*, added another memetic layer to his character and was actually rather charmingly fleshed out.
*we don't know much about Pyro, but that doesn't mean you can go bonkers with him. I mean, his first axe unlock did have barbed wire attached for it for apparently no other reason than to inflict pain. I imagine him having a Slasher Smile beneath that mask when burning stuff. That's different from being a Monster Clown.

Don't submit it with the idle animation like that. Make the thing be tilted so when you click Center View in the model viewer so you are looking down the barrel. It won't affect a thing in game, but will make life easier for Shugo.

I thought this too. You will be creating 53 paintable items * 15 colours * 2 size = 1590 new backpack icons otherwise.

So... does the w_model still switch from Stcky-Launcher for Sco-Res yet?
I figure changing the alpha mask to something like this for the backpack icons could work:

If a player is holding the SR yes. If you mean when someone dies while holding the Sticky Launcher on Blue, then the w_model does has the SR Laser Sight on. Nothing I can do about it.
