Okay, I deleted my TF folder so I could have a fresh start with mods. I started the game, and my Dealer's Visor thingy is gone. Help? Also, TF2B shows that it's still in my backpack; but when I go to equip it on my hoovy, nothing. Doesn't show up in the hat list, or anywhere in my backpack. I've been wearing it since they dropped. I am so confused.

Freud would be very proud of this thread, but I think the shape of the blackjack is fine as it is. Not sure about the wood tho... then again, maybe I've been playing too much Thief.

The problem is the paint utilizes alpha channels which are also required for envmap so I'm asking if it's possible to use an alpha map from another material
