I don't know about paint crafting, but I wish they'd add in Rebuild Class Specific Headgear. A class token and two hats.
I'm concerned the change you made to the Scotsman’s Stove Pipe will be a little too drastic. People painted with the knowledge that the whole thing will be coloured, not just the band. I think changing it now will cause some rage. The same would go with any other extreme change like that. It might look better (it does), but it's not what people paid for.

It might look better (it does), but it's not what people paid for.[/QUOTE] agree, and like someone else said earlier, i think it should be a sign of a fancier hat to be able to paint the whole hat and not so fancy to just paint the band much paint = fancy on the other and one could say that fancy hats uses pain more exclusive and cheap hats just suck it all up or something (posting double opinions makes post hard to rate, sorry)

I've always thought the panama looks a bit miss shaped for the hat its supposed to be, the brim and top of the hat are a bit boorked but not majorly. Its looks hardly like my granddad's old panama i have sitting in my room. Im just a bit nit picky mind
