The colour is chosen based on what team you are on. It's not technically possible to change that without Valve actually overriding it somehow.
Changing the texture won't have any effect, and is not even possible because it isn't team skinned.
Vonwilbur and Onirik have no idea how the painting system works. Not meant as an insult, just stating a fact. Please research how it works because it doesn't actually use textures for each paint (I wish ffs).

Can someone make a fix for the Confetti unusual effect? Maybe, if possible, Daimo can get it in on that Tuesday patch.
As is, it clips with nearly every player model so it is pretty much invisible, and on some hats it falls from their ass instead of their hat.
I read somewhere on Steam forums that confetti hats are going to be getting a 'visual' improvement. Making them more noticeable.

I think Populus finished it (if not finished, then it's close to done) but he received a warning from the company that made Warhammer to not release it. Though they can't do much of anything since it's fanmade.
