That sucks, I sent all the files you wanted me to send Neo, so no worries about that (sorry I forgot to mention it earlier). But I still wish they'd reply to you, killicons are a little bit more complex than hats by being more functional and practical rather than purely good looking (I got my ass saved countless times just by looking at the recent kills).
That's why they should be examined better than they are currently.
Yeah it's just inexcusable with the Polycount weapons to me, I (try to) rely on the icons a whole lot.

Also what you did is terrible, it should just be the wood. That looks much more subtle.
I actually support painting weapons, but I don't want them to look like utter shit. Just the more subtle parts should be painted.

So I just got the table in poker night that makes heavy ware his poker hat, and it appears we are being boned for another item. It is transparent on there. I am disappointed not of the items are as pictured. The watch being the closest with out the blood and the gun doesn't really count as we already and that in game.

You might want to rethink your dimensions a bit. First off most doors in TF2 don't go much higher then 128 (apart from the setup door, the vault door, and a few others) While you might be able to get away with the hight, the length is a bit crazy. The big well doors are only 305 units wide while your "door" is a bit over twice that.
However, I guess it all comes down to how its going to be used. If its a door thats constantly opening and closing you need to rethink the scale. But if its a setup door that only opens once at the start of the round then what you have is I guess ok.
Oh I took the liberty of making the door out of a brush just to show you how dam big it is vs other doors and I tossed in a few engineers to make the scale a bit more noticeable.
