To summarise an average Saturday meals wise, in the morning I have some tea, if I wake up quite late, 9-10 ish I will have some biscuits since it is practically lunch time. Else, I will have some toast or some fruit and fibre. At lunch time I usually have sandwiches and tea and I watch the one o'clock news on BBC one. At about 4 I usually have another cup of tea. My main meal is eaten at half past five, and is accompanied with water, not tea. At nine I settle down with some tea and cake and watch the telly.
