Old? It's the Soldier's Medal. When you submitted your account for a medal, it blanked out a box and it said "Waiting for item...". And when you got it, in game, it would say:
%s1 (name) has found:: %s2 (item first name) %s3 (item second name), e.g.
DeathDnace has found:: Gentle Manne's Service Medal
The 2 Item codes are old. They have been out since around since hats came out.
