Get the kid into a game like cod or something, Or just a game you don't play because and probably will never play again so He can leave you the fuck alone.
he crafted all the items he thinks are useless (as in he can't use them well, i.e. the huntsman) into HATS
Into hats?
Jeez, how many items were there if he crafted them into HATS, not a single itty-bitty HAT, but HATS...
Anyway, i have to agree. Let his soul be devoured by Modern Warfare 2.
That'll show them MWfags what this life is all about
Because the only way i can think of is... Deal with it and wait until TF2 gets good for him.
Still demanding proof that it's your game and not something your parents got you both and you're just being a selfish prick

Like if somebody cared?
This thread is, basically, a place where we are getting our revenge on our little brothers, sisters et cetera who fucked our games up for years.
And OP represents each and every one of them.
---
But those who never got those problems... They are rather trying to help, to troll or are trying to get rid of a 12-year-old in TF2.
Personally, i'm trying to help...
Moral: Half of users who posted in this thread hardly give a shit about OP.
get a 360
and halo 3, mw2 and orange box
he'll be off you forever
Scratch that.
1. Back everything up.
2. Get a virus.
3. Let the virus fuck everything up.
4. Blame it on him.
5. Restore it and continue playing. :smug:
6. Tell parents that he downloaded tons of porn.
Use the prtScn button to take a picture of your desktop, now save it, set it as your desktop background, and diasble all your icons and the start menu. Convince your parents that the computer isn't responding and that it's from something your brother tried to do.
Disable explorer too.
Tell your parents "If my brother wants to play this game so bad, why don't he save up money to get it himself."
If that does not work, lie and say "Yeah I checked the steam rules and it's forbidden to share your account, I've already recieved a warning.
I bet his parent would say:
"Then let your brother have your account!. You're a grown up now, get a job!.
Tell your parents sharing an account is aganist the ToS and it could get you banned.
True and effective.
I would suggest you bought him a copy of TF2 as a present and have him create his own account.
No need to be angry with him.
Punch him every time he does something wrong it feels good.
install the nude tf2 skins and say he did it
This is why games being bound to a single steam account is a bad thing. The only way to bypass this is to buy another copy of the game.
Never tell your password to anyone.
Steam can ban you for sharing your account. (not that they will do, because it is hard to detect who is using the computer)
Also show your parents how to buy steam games. (maybe buy a game for him yourself?)
If they ask why would they buy it when you have it, tell them something they have and why they don't share it with you. (car, bank account or something)
If you compare a thing they don't understand with something they do understand might work the best.
change the passworld and say you got hacked
That is only effective for a short time, his parents would see him gaming.
change the passworld and say you got hacked
1. Did your parents buy this account for both of you? -If so then your fucked until you buy your own.
Kick him in the balls.
It really pisses me off. Every time I log on and change the password, my parents threaten to ban me from the game until I give in and tell my 12 year old brother what it is again. They feel it's so unfair that I can play and he can't, even though the game is rated M and everyone hates twelve year olds, especially when they use microphones. He saw a tutorial on the web on how to noclip and fucked with the files in the team fortress folder, he crafted all the items he thinks are useless (as in he can't use them well, i.e. the huntsman) into HATS, and I can't stop him. Being a little kid, telling him not to do things makes him defiant, or he tantrums and threatens to intentionally get me banned (the cause of my first password change). What's more, he spends all of his time on an all-crits Mario Kart server. He has to have everything that I have, and I lose everything that he fucks up.
Is there any magical steam feature I haven't heard of that might divide the game's user-specific content between two people using the same account?
Change the password and tell your parents it's your money, not his. Unless you didn't buy the game yourself, of course.
I used to have this problem, even after I bought my own computer, in my room. I decided to buy him WoW last Christmas, best investment I ever made.
He spends all his days downstairs in the gloomy "study" whenever he is not at school, and I get to play my games in peace without fear of him appearing behind my shoulder silently or whining till he goes on my computer.
He is now a fledging neck-beard in the making.
This is why i love being a lone chield.
I'm going to hop on the bandwagon and say that you need to buy your brother a copy of it with a new account.
That or change your password and try to explain to your parents why you have a problem with him using it.
Buy your own account. I was in the same situation, we had 2 computers that could play games. My brother insisted that he be able to play spore whenever he wanted and kicked me off all the time from CS:S and tf2. So I just made him give me half the money for new games on a account. It was the best thing I ever did.
This is what you do:
When he is playing tf2 and doing shit you dont like or if he has done it
Hit him on the head and tell him you will hit him again if he does it again or something worse.
Worked for me when my younger brother was being a bitch, he still plays tf2 on my steam account but doesent do more than change loadouts.
Or tell your parents to fuck off or buy him the same games because he is messing up your stuff in the game.
tell your parents your afraid that hes getting over aggressive
explain to your parents (this is complete BS) that you think its because hes playing this game
now dont get mad at your parents or else theyll get mad at YOU for being aggressive
taking a calm approach to everything seemed to solve my problems
I'm going to assume that your parents bought the game. If that is the case then they have every right to make you both share the account. I would recommend either buying a copy for YOURSELF or getting your brother into another game. Runescape maybe? I played that when I was 12. An alternative is that you get into another game.
Hey, the Steam Summer Sale is on. Look around on teh market and see if there is anything that would interest you.
Your parents are mentally deficient.
Get emancipated.
if he tells his parents that his brother downloaded porn.
wont they both be in trouble? parents might parentize the computer
(website blocks etc)
I think you guys got trolled.
I bet you that the OP's parents bought the game for the both of them, and the OP uses it like it's only his, and his brother has to 'borrow' the account.
If this is true, and if the OP is at least 17 as he implies, OP deserves nothing. A 17 year old with no coercion power over his parents is a retard.
Be calm with your parents and tell them in a simple way that, as you're older (17 or not), you have more responsabilities, and that the only time you can have fun is ruined by your immature brother. Also tell them that what he does with the game files and items (don't mention the items or it will sound silly) makes you unable to play the game entirely, and that you don't do it to your brother's game.
If they say that "He is too young to understand that", then you should say that he is also too young to play the game, and that his immaturity may cause your account to be banned and, consequently, to waste the money you invested in the game.
There are keybinds sir. Scripts and keybinds that can do a whole world of good.
And I know how to make them. One sec, and I will come up with one.
//**put in all class config files
Bind "W" explode
Bind "A" kill
Bind "S" disconnect
Bind "D" quit
alias suparfix "Bind D +moveright; Bind S +Back; Bind A +moveleft; Bind W +forward"
Bind suparfix "kp_5"
You mean bind "kp_5" "suparfix"
