The furry pound is actually one of the best TF2 server. Vanilla with usefull plug-in like stt,rtv,etc. People talk more often than the average server and they actually are cool to play with. Just ignore the furry spray on the wall and it's a great server. That was months ago, I dunno about now, maybe it's a shithole, maybe it's still fine.

Blacklist the server or get banned. It may help.

I answered ye in the thread made in Hardware/Software. Just delete the TF2 folder.

I used Steam to update my ATI drivers once. My entire system died permanently, I had to reinstall Windows :(

I've now tried to delete both the entire TF2 folder and the CFG folder. Both of them works. For a while, then I get redirected to The Furry Pound again. There's something [i]hairy[/i] going on.

I had the same problems with the textures, I eventually found out that I had mipmap detail set to High Performance instead of High Quality.

But what? Now the only logical option to me is to delete TF2 and delete GCF's and reinstall the game again. But we still need more evidence, we cannot be sure about that.

The solution to this problem is fire, lots of it.

Ohgod what the fuck, I just heard my GPU fan rev up like crazy, and Windows 7 aero gets disabled, I open HWmonitor and I see the temp of the GPU core being around 80 celsius, a command prompt box then appears for like one second, but I could clearly see it saying something about "Furry". The temperature then sank and the fan revved down. I'm legitimately worried now. Time to let SpyBot S&D do it's job in fail-safe mode.

Have you tried using connect in console? If you can view the server info of the server you want instead of the FP one, see if you can just take the IP it shows there and connect to the server directly.

The server isn't really that bad To be honest just disable sprays and your playing any other nice server.

If you knew anything about a place called CC2's, it's basically that 2.0. Half-decent community, lack of/poor staffing. Furries tend to repeat themselves, there'll be another mild and easy going start-up server by some fractured group soon. It'll grow into the same festering shit-hole. Rinse and repeat. :v: You can find all the positive qualities you listed on other servers, without the creepy sprays and constant sexual conversations.
