I'm just curious, why Evil Dead? As far as I know there hasn't been anything relevant to the series recently. Something new coming?

theyre remaking it and its almost out
Yes. April 5th is a reboot/remake of the original Evil Dead. Just saw a trailer for it.
Nope the only evil-dead related ride will be an oldsmobile delta royale 88

Oh shit you're right.
Still, I don't quite get it. Everything in the last Poker Night was already in video game form of some kind prior to the making and selling of the game. Sam and Max- comics and cartoon turned video game. Strong Bad- web toon turned video game. TF2- always been a video game. Penny Arcade- webcomic turned video game by another developer. Monkey Island- always been a game. Bttf- video game adaption continuation of popular movie series which has had its own games before. Evil Dead HAS no video game adaptions as far as I'm aware. So why put an unadapted movie character in?
Btw, who made Evil dead, like what company? Maybe this is what WB was involved with in the development of Poker Night 2?

You just don't understand :P
So what am I not understanding then? Box me.
Ooh, and what about that Brock Sampson knife? That's from Adult Swim. I know Adult Swim has games, but I don't know much about them.

In a word 'Brucecampbell'. Yes that's a word.

Right on my birthday.
And daily update? It seems we will really have paired play or they will add other stuff than keys, or they may add even more characters (6-7) keys to go.
today is tuesday, we'll probably get a tf2 update today (and a new MUS thread)

Regular updates are typically Thursday though aren't they?
Either that or I haven't realised that updates have been released on Tuesdays recently.
Regular updates are typically Thursday though aren't they?
not in the last few months, no
they probably went with tuesday to prevent issues with large Dota updates, which happen on Thursdays, always, unless specifically stated they won't happen
Just skimming through the updates, you're right. Shows how much I'm in touch these days.
It was around this time yesterday we saw the Desoto keys on the Key Party website. We should probably get a new guest today soon.

Wouldn't make much sense regardless since it was stated CS:GO's update day of the week was Wednesday, which is also the same time whatever's brewing in Dota gets put on the test client, and CS:GO updates tend to be about the same size as TF2's or just a bit smaller.
the vast majority of dota 2 players do not have the test client installed. As far as server load goes, the test update is negligible.

I will say this though: Without fail, if I'm playing a game of Dota 2 just as they upload the test client changes, my game of Dota in the normal client will lag like FUCK. Like, near disconnection bad.

Ned is always right
well, I need to stay up late for exams anyway, might as well see the update if there is one

Bounty of playing
As with all things in Inventory, playing Poker is not free at all. If your bags are empty and you're in the mood to grab some chips, hit the dealer's table and shoot the smiles from your opponents' faces, then go to your grandmother and play with her, because we invite only wealthy gentlemen and ladies.
But once the smoke's cleared above the card table, if you're the sort of player who appreciates a good souvenir to remember a night by, or if you're just looking to let the whole city know what a full-house-wrecking, flash-bashing card master you are, grab a Party of Booty Invitation from the Steam Store and get ready to Cash Up. Cash Up Mode will get you rare item prizes that respectfully commemorate your all-ins against the enemies by putting their worn stuff on yourself.
Mann Co key.

Adult Swim's games are generally unrelated to their shows entirely. I remember there once was a time when they made flash games to promote them, but they were just those sort of quick lazy flash games, like Helicopter clones or whatnot.
Brock's pretty much a complete stranger to video games.
Even ignoring that, it's still an absolutely bizarre mash-up, enough so that I'm still watching the teaser with interest, thinking there might be a mistake, or the basic sitting-around-talking gist is different.
The first one's cast seemed to be carefully thought-out, with characters that manage to be completely unique from each other, but still seem like they'd work well and have interesting conversations.
It was like a chocolate and peanut butter mixture. This new one sounds like cotton candy and cheese.
(which I would totally buy anyway)
I'm agree with the chocolate-peanuts.
It's delicious.
Really.
