I really hope I'm not the only one who thought it was a terrible terrible name
It just doesn't flow right when saying it
I'd prefer War Reparations but not all items need to have complicated situational only perks and downsides to be sidegrades. They just have to be balanced (Though however often that actually gets around to being true is another story) and offer something new.
They are not situational only. demoman is mostly defence. so when heading to attack with this pack, you'll gain more power but it will come with a downside. you can always stay on defence like most of the demomen and you won't really suffer from the downside. its pretty balanced IMO.
I have a passionate hate for demoknights. I don't use any of the demo unlocks, other than the Pain Train on cp maps. I hope they give the demo more of an offensive side with the new grenade launcher, if they ever do make a new grenade launcher. I never liked the sco res, either.
Some of the backstory is confusing.
'Thats Greenberg Mann's ghost, just like his father'
I thought his dad just lived with sadness for the rest of his life?
An evil Snowman boss would be cool.
Though I think this would be funny:
Jarate works on it (And turns it into a yellow snowman)
Flames always crit on it
The Backstory could use some work though. Perhaps Blutarch and Redmond secretly kill Greenberg so that he won't inherit anything? That sounds more realistic, really.
EDIT:
And burying someone in a snowman isn't the best idea. What happens when Spring comes around? :P

About the snowman burial. when its spring his body will be a skeleton already. and remember it was in the 19th century so they don't have any way to the skeleton's identity.
About the story, yeah, i suck at writing stories :(
