I heard about that. I jumped to ubuntu because i had some expierence with it due to me installing tf2 to see if i could get more fps.
Turns out i couldn't but a good experience none the less.

arch linux doesn't even ship with a DM
you have to install all that shit by yourself
it'd make great server software, but it's barely supported by openvz :C

Like how you can't run a PS2 game on an Xbox.

the bulk of tf2 comes from it's gcf's, which I'm pretty sure would be interchangeable
I'll be using Fedora to get this Linux promo myself then.
