Of all the items released during Christmas and the Adult Swim updates, why are the Monarch Henchmen items the only ones without craft numbers? I really wanted the #24 set.

One of my friends is having problems with his TF2. After playing for a moment his game "freeze", he can't move or shoot, but if someone shoots him the damage indications and that stuff shows on his HUD. If try reconnecting the same thing happens. I told him to delete/verify TF2, but that probably isn't going to work. Help?
