I tried that, it said they were already at 0% fragmentation.
I managed to fix it anyway.
Tried to launch the game, it went all "verifying game files", left it doing that for about 15 minutes, then it realised there was a patch for tf2 it needed to download, started downloading that (Much slower than normal though. My normal download speed is 150kb/s, with Steam sometimes getting as much as 300kb/s somehow. This time, it was going at 5-50kb/s and was really all over the place) and now after a few hours of downloading I can play it again!
Awesome, icons started working again.
Ratings restarted working it seems.
I wish they'd give assists to pet items regardless of whether or not you're in Pyroland.

That feel when you're defending the last point on a CP map, heavy/medic pair run up with an uber ready, and you headshot the med with the hutnsman from just outside spawn, just before he pops the uber.

i have no idea, i literally just found out about it from you mentioning it, but i've been a fan of marvel for years and the game looks cool from the videos i just saw.
teddy roosebelt is a misc item for engineer, a teddy bear dressed as the engineer that sits in its pouch. is the thing in my avatar.[img]http://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/thumb/a/a7/RED_Teddy_Roosebelt.png/72px-RED_Teddy_Roosebelt.png[/img]
the physician's procedure mask is a misc. item for medic [img]http://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/thumb/a/a1/RED_Physician%27s_Procedure_Mask.png/80px-RED_Physician%27s_Procedure_Mask.png[/img]
black paint is just a consumable item that paint an item black, but only certain items are paintable. the procedure mask is one of them, but not the teddy.
the genuine machina is a sniper rifle that can't fire when unscoped, but when fully charged deals 15% more damage and can hit multiple targets. it has the title genuine because it was a promotional item for deus ex: human revolution and was received for purchasing the game rather than as a random drop or craft, meaning it's more rare and more valuable.[img]http://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/thumb/e/e3/Backpack_Machina.png/90px-Backpack_Machina.png[/img]
and by v. ambassador collection i mean my 42 vintage ambassadors. if you don't know vintage means that it was obtained before trading was introduced to the game.
