The genre seems to have such an effect on people, it's a really weird blight upon a really fun game.
I remember when Seiteki used to be here and while it was offtopic, it wasn't all that much.
That was when it was alot of fun to come here. Given I do my share of off-topic posting, it's mainly because my friends are here and I don't play TF2 at all anymore. if I did I might have more relevant things to say, but now I don't I can't really keep up to date with what's happening.
I don't play TF2 because I was addicted to it. I'd play hours at a time but I wasn't really there, just going through the motions.

I hate how in order to puff n' sting properly, you gotta have decent aim with a shotty.
Degreaser + Axe is useless against other pyros considering degreaser is weaker and Pyros can't get on fire, the only way to counter pyros puff n' stinging is to use a shotgun as your main damage output against other pyros. I real nerf for axetinguisher would probably be slower fire rate, or upon activation, user moves X% slower

I wish I knew what Pocket's point was too. I can definitely see her set of mind, as I have that same mentality at times, and I actually somewhat admire that.
However, I realize that it usually gets you nowhere and that Pocket should probably stop trying to provoke and get the thread to behave in her favor.

As for the insecurity, it helps me feel more like a normal person even though I'm far from one. I'm trying to work on improving my life and normalizing myself.
