find the .zip that you downloaded it as and check what files are where, then delete them. This hud isn't a full custom hud is it? If it was it would've only been in resources and scripts

It's not really a hud at all, it just replaces a bunch of sounds and class pictures.
You have a lot of stuff to delete in materials and sound basically, there is nothing in scripts or resource
