Some people have still yet to receive their Cheater's Lament due to a bug Valve has not bothered to fix.
It was dropped a second time during the Mann-conomy update but people such as I have yet to receive one, though since it is nearly 3 years later it doesn't really matter anyways.
why has the price of weapons gone down to .05 ref? does that mean we'll be able to buy two for scrap eventually?
