First of all, TF2 is horribly optimized and the constant flow of new items doesn't help the situation much.
Secondly, not everyone can afford a machine that can run the latest games at full graphics settings without a problem.

I dunno if you would call it a trick, but basically you just use game keys to make your steam account premium so you can use the market

It is actually possible to get kills on it if you switch to it while ubered and swing immediately for the kill

Because then you have to buy the parts separately ;)
Also, since it does damage to players it still counts as a normal weapon. Building destruction is a 'secondary effect', in the same way that extinguishing people is a secondary effect of flamethrowers.

My computer is good, no problem running the game, only the validation bug and the non-stop overheating because a problem since day one with the computer. The reason I'm using the old school pack is because I like simple graphics and it reminds me of the good times with the old consoles. It doesn't have nothing to do with problems.
Gameplay > Story > Graphics. That is how games should be judge.

I sort of agree with that. Except sometimes the story can be worth sitting through some pretty bad gameplay.
