Where're you finding your cash value? OPTF2 isn't showing it accurately and if you're just doing this manually then that's gonna take a while.
Backpack.tf still. Sadly it's the only resource I can find that values unusuals at, well, [i]anything.[/i] Most base estimates purely on the effect (and are never updated. $0 knifestorm :| ) or say "Depends"
I'd say it's the low end unusual-wise, I could probably get an extra $30-50 if I don't cash out in batch.

Hm, values mine at 4c under $300. Somehow this doesn't seem like the most trustworthy resource, as I can only think of 2 valuable items in my entire pack, and even they won't add up to $300.
Oh well. Most opinions I've gotten from cash traders estimate it between 575 and 650, so I'd say it's at least somewhat accurate.
I could in theory swap it all for a decent capacity iPad Mini if I wanted.

Not really, no. I'd say in the vast majority of cases, a badge is worn because you have nothing else to wear, and you want to fill a misc slot.

To be really honest I don't see badges going up to 1 key or above any time soon, I mean they pump out a lot of them with each promo being released.
It would be sort of a risky move to have most badges in the system uncraftable but eh, who am I to judge since TF2 is Valve's Guinea Pig
I would wear a good medal-badge on my Soldier. He's the only class that doesn't look funky with it.
