the latest Steam Update removed the ability to quickly see your submissions from Steam and go directly to them.
Oh well, that was kind of useful, I hope they add it back

In my case, it's that my gun has got two barrels but it's pump action, and this fusion came out really well.
The secret, i think, is that you must make something that other people want, you'll know they'll love it, something different.
What's wrong with most of the modellers is that they don't break the rules.
"The soldier is american let's make an american set"
Screw that, think about what could be good on that particular character.
With my gun, well, i simply made a double barrel that isn't for the scout.
Here's another example, i was planning to do a Mexican spy pack. "Spy is not mexican, wtf?"
Yeah that's it, i broke the rules.
Resuming what i said : Be original and make something that'll differ from the other stuff already ingame, and if you can, make something that differs with the whole character while staying fitting to it at the same time.
Oh god, what a wall o' text...
One last thing : While it's nice to be popular and have your item in the top list,really nice, it isn't nice to have 10 random guys add you to their friend list for no reason at all other than just to say "I like your gun" or "make my weap",expecially if you want to keep your friend list clean.

They are awesome. Would love to see all of them ingame. Was there a reason for removing most of the chainmail for the Regal Rags though? I think it looked better with it. Could you add it as a style?
