Can anyone suggest a good 3D modelling program to make these?

I'm looking at Maya, which seems pretty good.

Any other suggestions?

P.S - Yes, I'm totally 100% new to modelling, but I'm wish to learn.

I checked these out but they seem a bit pricey.

I may have read it wrong but I think they cost 3.5k?

Here's Maya for example. I don't mind forking out like $300 bucks, but I had no idea modelling and animating would cost 3 grand.

You could always try blender.

It's free and it's a very capable 3d modelling package.
