I'd totally love a HF Blade reskin for the Zatoichi and some all-class Raiden hair.
Maybe a "NANOMACHINES, SON" noise maker if those were still a thing.
I still have my old Gong and Bell noisemakers. Sucks that they're 25 uses.

Same here. I'd love to use them but NOPE.

"Hey TF Fans! Go vote on this community maps and then we'll never implement them, ever!"
seriously ok can I just say really quick that them implementing gullywash as an official map was really retarded
because ok that map is shit, if you disagree I will make a webcomic depicting you as a drooling idiot

I disagree
It's not a great map. Everything about it feels built tailor made for comp andit just gets kind if confusing and weird on a regular 12 v 12 valve server.
[editline]6th March 2013[/editline]
I just played on it yesterday for the first time since it came out
Gullywash is the best map and that's why I bought strange part filters for it.
There needs to be more gravelpit and badwater esque maps
Maps that allow all classes to succed without favoring any class as a whole; for me koth_nerve comes to mind
Furthermore valve you can add all the redundant mvm maps you want but that fact of the matter reamins that the gametype has no replay value, ans gets dull after 2 or so repetitive play throughs

Gullywash isn't a bad map, and it can be fun to play Scout on sometimes, but it is pretty weird. How many other maps have multi-level capture zones like that, or a big pillar right in the middle of the point that only Soldiers can get on top of?
They should add an MvM community map and have the Robotic Boogaloo community hats as prizes for the new map. It would use community 'Tour of Duty Tokens' that pay money to the map makers and hat makers. EVERYONE WINS.
EVERYONE WINS.
Actually, everyone loses, because I know for sure that Valve will never do that, despite how amazing that'd be. :v:

That's sort of like saying "I'd like a perfect society filled with love, peace, unity, ascetic social ideas as opposed to animalistic satisfaction as the focus of culture and goverment financial support for building hot rods, lead sleds, monster trucks and other such vehicles"
Easy to say yeah, but pretty hard to pull off.
And then the mud boggers/sand drag crowds will try to pass their vehicles as monster trucks and the whole thing falls apart anyway

Reminds me of Quintin.

No TF2 footage :( Did he have less to do with that, was Robin Walker more in charge?

I haven't played any of these MVM maps so I can't say if they're any good, but if any of them are good I wouldn't be surprised if Valve were to make them official, since more MVM maps means more people buying Tour of Duty tickets and Valve makes more money. I've read they buy maps for around $3000, I'm sure they would make that money back in a few hours after any community MVM map was added to the game.
Also Gullywash is a pretty good map. Not the best 5 cp map and and more geared towards competitive play, but I enjoy playing it on 12v12 servers.

Yeah I'm sort of worried that Valve is going to focus on MVM maps in future updates instead of regular maps since new MVM maps means more money for them, and I'm sure MVM maps are easier to make then most other game modes (besides maybe Koth). I'm also not a huge fan of MVM, I enjoy playing it occasionally but regular TF2 is much more fun for me. I would much rather see more new and community maps for PvP gamemodes in future updates. At the least I hope we'll get a good balance of PVP and MVM maps.

I can't even try the other maps, because one of the servers is still stuck on Maelstrom because the last few waves are fucking agonizing.

Or maybe a sword with UNIQUE STATS.
Or maybe a sword with UNIQUE STATS.
It'd basically be a sword version of the Eviction Notice.
Dramatically faster swing speed (~300%), lower damage to match (~30%), and of course, "Killing an enemy with a critical hit will dismember your victim. Painfully."
Bonus points if it's made all-class (sans Engie/Spy). As much as some disagree I think simple stat swaps can be balanced between all the classes.
Eviction Notice for all class, clearly

Attack Interval: -1.6s
Son, it does not work like that. "faster firing/swing speed" is an inverted percentage, which means the maximum cap is +100% (it actually doesn't fire at a 0 second attack interval. Rather, it just fires at an extremely fast speed that is below 0.001s). Things like "damage penalty", which is a regular percentage, has a minimum of -100%, obviously dealing no damage.
Recap:
"Percentage": Minimum Cap -> -100% (Can increase damage to nearly infinite if not going for the minimum cap.)
"Inverted Percentage": Maximum Cap -> +100% (Can slow down attack interval to nearly infinite if not going for the maximum cap.)
