Am I weird for having it set in my mind that in that sort of situation, all I'd ask for would be my favorite hat with community sparkle? I have simple tastes. And if not then maybe a Cheater's Lament with Sunbeams or some shit. Something that NOBODY would expect to see.

Personally I wouldn't take him up on it. Having a one-of-a-kind super special thing invites crazy people to try and hack you to destroy it. Still, in so far as speculation goes, it's great to see that they're doing their best to plug the leaks and holes of an aging game. I'm still keeping fingers crossed for a really good set of bugfixes come steampipe day - not to mention if this means they might be entertaining awards of this nature (one-of-a-kind unusuals) to people who are able to provide that level of bugfixing help.
