Yeah, I'm in Michigan and my ping is fine.

You may want to download the latest version of ctf_haarp (it's actually ctf_haarp_test6) manually, as I had some problems downloading it. Might be faster, anyway.

You can download it from the server though. We bzip2 the maps so it won't be so bad and we have a fast dl server set up!

I am in the process of zipping HAARP so expect a faster DL soon!
