Nice work. Too bad I'm using an fps config :V
Going through some stuff for the next release... Checking what we have, what we need to do and sorting up psd's for easier exporting.

im also playing on kinda low-middle quality with this mod and im not going to play tf2 without it anymore

Can't use the base alpha for envmask though cuz then he turns invisible in the loadout and selection menus so i'll have to use a completely separate vtf for that

Was there a new release? Someone said something about another release coming soon but there's been nothing about it since then. Or maybe I just missed it or something.
