It looks alot better than the old one, and I like how it draws attention to the feet better seeing as there's boot weapons for the Soldier/Demoman.

Hi. Yes. I re-installed this pack today and I forgot how to get the Pyro with the gloves that have the yellow on them. Please help. And also, in first person while using the Bat Outta Hell, the view-model textures are for the wrong team (On Blu team, the arm will be Red, and vice versa). Any idea why?
For the first thing, the version I have of the pack ([url=https://dl.dropbox.com/u/24970273/TF2/prerelease_rev3.rar]here[/url]) contains fixes for those sorts of things as well as removal of junk files. For the second thing, that's an issue that Valve created, not much that can be done through skins I believe.

I think the blood is a bit sharp on the bag's strap but looks really good :D Hell, it'd look final for me if it weren't for the right leg and handwraps. Awesome job!

I would offer to make the zombies, but since the Halloween workshop fiasco, I won't do anything related to those models any soon. The WIP is really good. But the whole skin need to be more dirty. I like the blood detail. Something I have cogitated to the zombies skins was to make them use the BETA pallet intend of the regular ones. Just as a reference to the "dead" BETA style of the characters. Didn't make it 'cuz it was going to be too much work...

By the way, the reason I'm asking you to do this instead of using NofLU's version is because they aren't team colored. As you can guess, that makes it really hard to play.

I could probably make HUD icons for the characters using the TiP, if you guys want.
Perhaps face the Spy the other way if you do, though. The Spy facing right leaves a lot of negative space on the character HUD element when not disguised. I wouldn't mind the disguise portrait overlapping it a bit as long as it's not so empty by itself. [editline]t[/editline] Come to think of it, I kinda want to see an overall improvement on the default TF2 HUD. Fixed building panel consistency, more (smaller) kill notifications, overall opacity tweaked to be less obscuring...
If you ever need any help with this to make it go faster, I could help.
