you can get underwater kills with flamethrowers under some conditions

That was added during the Spy vs Sniper Update. This bug is as old as hats. And just like the hats, it is being retired.

After the update my spy model became invisible in third person/loadout and I get this error in the console
"Error Vertex File for 'player/spy.mdl' checksum 1063544371 should be -494555495"
VR mode doesn't work without the device itself, how disappointing.
