if you are gonna be running a mariokart style server get the cosmetic leveling mod and the present mod.
just google sourcemod.
Enable teamkilling while "Waiting for other players", it's fun as hell.
Also the tradechat plugin, so pleople don't have to listen to trade offers all the time (if they don't want to.)
And of course RTV, nominate, mapvote,...
You idiots who think no-crits is good do realize crits are balanced right? They are designed to allow a player doing badly to actually be of use and kill people (hence why you tend to get the players you can melee to death crit you first shot sometimes) and allow players who are doing well to push forward more. There is nothing unbalanced about them, both teams have equal chances to get them, and they keep the game moving.
In a no-crit server you usually find people playing only the high DPS classes, which isn't fun as there is no variation really, with crits the lower DPS classes can be used to change up the gameplay, the Scout for example is nigh useless without crits in most situations as not all pellets will hit, so the occasional crit can turn his harrasment into something useful. I get killed by crits at times when I am doing well, I just think "damn crits", and get on with playing, when people have crits constantly it is annoying, but you must be on a shit server to have 100% crit users.
tl;dr? Don't even bother installing critvote, you'd just be appealing to the babies in the community who think random number gods are against them and them only.

This man/woman/child has the right idea. Don't bumrush people at full health with your melee weapon then complain about dieing.
