Guessing tomorrow will be the Soldiers two weapons, and then maybe a filler update (Community maps and what not), then finally on the last day they'll announce the winner of the whole shindig and what the secret 7th weapon is.

In the comic I was hoping it was SAXTON HALE coming to personally deliver the weapons. But then it was just miss pauling :/

Saxton Hale would have burst through his house with the Targe and Eyelander in hand. And killed the Demo's mother. Which, I suppose, is why the Administrator chose Ms. Pauling to deliver it.

To be frank, even though the Targe looks cool I can't imagine it being more useful. I'm kind of bothered by the Targe's "faster than a speeding Scout" element, but I suppose it's intended to make up for the loss of sticky jumps. Although I'm extremely worried about the focus on melee. Melee weapons have always been my worst foe :ohdear:

Those with both Targe And Eyelander equipped will have to focus on their melee, finally being a useful target practice for those pesky snipers and their huntsman.
