Where can we report bugs and glitches to Valve anyway? I noticed something weird regarding Strange Filters. Guess it wasn't fixed yet because, well, nobody uses Strange Filters.
edit: whoa that was weird
Is that the thing where applying them to parts doesn't cause the name of the strange to change?
Maybe they gave the guy the deflector because they'll be balancing it and adding it into the robo-crate? (and droppable ofc)
It got changed to a Rocket Launcher.
Is that the thing where applying them to parts doesn't cause the name of the strange to change?
Hm no. The name of the strange changes only if you apply the filter to the main counter. Say you have a Shotgun, with Scouts Killed part. If you apply the Egypt filter to the "Kills" counter, it will turn into a Strange Egyptian Shotgun. If you apply the filter to the "Scouts Killed" counter its name will remain unchanged.
I don't know if that's what you're referring to, but this is intentional.
The thing I need to re-check is if Filters are working as they should. I got two "Engineers Killed" counters in a rocket launcher of mine, but one of them is supposed to count engineer kills IN HOODOO only. Apparently everytime I kill an an engineer in any map it counts towards Hoodoo. The global engineers killed counter is always at zero.

By golly, you're right! However, I don't know if I really like them. Except for the Demo's thingy, they're not exactly something I would want.
The timing of the submissions is a head scratcher though, all of the games that the items would be promos for have been out for some time, so why make promotional items for them now?
this looks like "baby's first item" :x
When I first saw the thumbnail for it I mistakenly assumed it was a troll submitting things to the Workshop using Double Fine's name, but no, it's the actual Double Fine account with the accepted Shred Alert and Brutal Bouffant submissions.

My question is: What are they for?...
this looks like "baby's first item" :x
It looks a bit like something I've reported in the past and gotten a thank-you email for reporting
I'm surprised the uploader is actually Double Fine and not some russian fucker with backwards letters in his name

my god what an eyesore. it looks like a 5 minute modeling job using basic polygons, then slapped in MS Paint's "Paint bucket" tool.
They should have studied the "cardboard" items that are already in the game like the Idiot Box and Top Notch, rather than making an extruded cylinder with a shell modifier applied, I can't imagine anyone actually thought that looked good enough to submit.
Maybe an intern made it or something on their coffee break.

What in the name of fuck is this
They could've at least considered the essentials of team-specific colors, like c'mon
It's like a boxy version of the Pikmin hat from Animal Crossing.

Try to read this with a straight face, mates
I actually like Charlie Blackmore's Cap.
More than likely:

Charlie Blackmore's Cap = Stacking (A character's name)
Adventurous Aviator = Psychonauts (Main character)
Loboto's Lucky Shower Cap= Psychonauts (Side character)
Whack-O-Lantern = probably Costume Quest
I like the cap and kinda somewhat like the aviator's cap, but it looks like they just copy/pasted from the original game. yikes
Haha
OH wow.
I just find it odd that when you compare the quality of the Brutal Bouffant to these items that it's very... inconsistent?

Valve did those for em.
This looks like someone from double-fines offices taking a crack at item making to avoid contracting a contributor.

They're not broken
Everyones game seems to be auto using the hwm models
They're no broken

Or maybe
You know
It's broken
I tried setting it to 0, putting it in my autoexec and everything
Nothing happened
Weird, the first time I used the dapper it worked perfectly. Then I joined another server and it was horrifying.
Or maybe

There's a lot of broken things in the game, and half/most of them have never been fixed for a long time.
FRUSTRATION
