Hello Gentlemen, first time poster long time fan of the work you all do here, i was looking though a custom skin of the demoman's kilt and i was thinking that it could be used for so much more then just a viewmodel skin if someone agreed.
Sadly i have no artistic talent or direction and im only really good to get idea's off the ground, but if your interested listen up.
So the Kilt would be a Grenade launcher replacement much like the gunboats, it would reduce explosion damage as well as reducing falling speed (as the wind travels in the mini parashute, that also provides a gentle cooling for the true Scotsman) The upside superior mobility, the downside, you loose your ability to defend yourself if you are attacked from someplace that you dont have traps up.
As i have heard from the contribute site with weapons like the shiv and the Skullcutter, you can design stats and such.
Edit: the design for the actual skin is just over knee length for the kilt, smaller boots with traditional longer socks with some skin showing in between.

Invisible v_ models are because the decompiled animations don't work at all.
PM me and I'll show you how to work around it.

When Algeria used to be a French occupied territory, the fez was something fancy for French people, especially in south France. It was wore by rich wine growers. Soldiers from the French Foreign Legion who fought in the World War I and the WWII had fez too. It became something very popular in France, not to mention it almost came from a French occupied territory.
