Yes, there hasn't been strong support on this site for the wheels, but in fact most other places I posted it, people loved that detail.
those things you circled... Lights, maybe laser pointers integrated into the shape.
the whole design goal was to turn this into an artillery piece. it would mainly shoot explosive rounds. so i still support the wheel design because it aids to the cannon/artillery theme.
Another thing i noticed is as many times as i have posted pictures nobody has talked about the bolt(s) in the back. I was kind of happy with that small detail. each level looses 1. It was cool to me that the wrenching actually was going to have a goal, to remove the bolts in the back.

Seriously, that's so silly. We are just telling him that the wheels look bad, we are offering him the chance to improve his sentry so he can possibly win, we're not trying to taunt him or anything. I think those wheels look bad, and don't fit TF2 style, and I don't have to be Valve or the greatest 3d modeller ever to say that.

Oh but you are, I watched the complete progress of his sentry and he always went, what do you think about this and this, and he got agrees with no replies to his posts, so he thought I'll go ahead, but when the deadline is soon, you come in criticizing when he can't possibly go back to the billboard and make it in time. So accept it for what it is now, because your constructive criticism is way too late.

No he can't, because he has a life and the engi packs take a whole lot longer time than the other classes's packs because he has to do lv 1,2,3 and he's making it detailed, he can't just abandon this perfectly good skin now.
