yes img_thumb that please :)
Replaces what? the ID badges?
[IMG_thumb]http://i45.tinypic.com/14002w.png[/IMG_thumb] Two Ideas for engineer buildings. The first is a teleporter replacement inspired by one of my favorite video games ever. It's a high-speed conveyor belt that teammates walk over. It provides them with a temporary speed boost. Next up, a dispenser replacement: the Grease Monkey, aka the Gearhead's Grill. A classic sixties grill with an automated cooking system designed by engy, built by engy, and you best hope, feeding you. It periodically dispenses power-ups on plates similar to dropped sandviches. There are four types of power-ups that it can drop: Hot Dogs: 10 seconds of mini-crits Cheeseburgers: 10 seconds of 30% damage resistance Grilled Cheese Sandwiches: 10 seconds of health regeneration (faster than a medic's) Ribs: Guarantees that your next shot will be a critical hit. That is, it gives you ONE CRIT. Most effective with single-shot weapons, obviously. These are still helpful to the team, just in different ways. If anyone wants to try modeling them, be my guest.
Cheeseburgers: 10 seconds of 30% damage resistance
Cheeseburger Apocalypse.
Replaces what? the ID badges?
yes
Cheeseburger Apocalypse.
If it ever gets added that should be an achievement. [editline]12:14PM[/editline] By the way all 4 food items could be sandvich replacements
stuff
I like the idea of the treadmill thing, serves anyone who runs over it, and doesn't need recharging. Gives everyone a boost similar to the chargin targe for a short time. helps get everyone forward, but doesn't act as far as teleport. I'm tempted to have a go modelling it, would need to have a proper think about it before hand.
Backup plan? [IMG_thumb]http://img257.imageshack.us/img257/2826/engbackup.png[/IMG_thumb]
In my opinion, the little metal ridge (I don't know gun terms) running along the barrel doesn't look that good. It seems overly reminiscent of the Revolver. What purpose does it serve on a shotgun? (I honestly don't know)

I like the idea of having it "shoot" people like the targe instead of just giving a speed boost. Makes it closer to the sonic adventure boost pads :v:

It also helps you aim when you don't have a scope on your shotgun, as it makes the top completely flat.
Communist Cakes shotgun and texture. Minor texture edits and fixes by me. (idea guy) Backup plan?
So it works be firing each pellet in a straight line. You shoot a caterpillar of pellets at someone. If they don't get the message and gtfo after the first hit, they'll wish they had. ;I EDIT: I mean, all the pellets from a single shell firing at once, in a straight line.
You shoot a caterpillar of pellets at someone.
they're lined up like the segments of a caterpillar
Truly a piece of art! rate him artistic dumbkofs!
I was kind of hoping one team would have briefs and the other boxers. :v:
teamcolours don't work on the flag

Nice.
It seems rather meaningless considering you'll see everyone with it even if they arent part of facepunch. but I like it.
I was kind of hoping one team would have briefs and the other boxers. :v:
Valve broke the team colours afaik, so without recompiling it would be impossible - and with all the jigglebones and broken weights, I wouldn't like to attempt to recompile it
Contrary to popular belief, shotguns with long barrels can aim decent
This and it just looks terribly sexy.
This medal is for the founding fathers of the emporium: :3:
I don't know, I think gold would say "gold member" to someone who knows FP.
perhaps make it platinum or something then?
If you can teamcolour them, then go with for emporium's founders.
Nah it looks good gold
Any name ideas for the facepunch and emporium father badges?
Modder's Medallion?
Face Masher Medal
Face Masher Medal
This man may be on to something...
All right people - I just downloaded XSI Mod tool and GCFscape. Any other things I should get before I start modeling?
