Oh i had a general end concept, that was shot, stabbed, hung, poisoned and tossed off a cliff by the fp community. Which is fine, i guess. At this point I'm just winging it with alternate concepts I had along the way.
I'd rather not make mspaint or w/e mockups. It is a good idea, but this way, when something is approved, its already done.

well i gave it a poly count and texture to fit a hat/misc item. I guess i could make it replace the saw, but then I'd go back give it more polys and change up the uvs since they're mirror'd right now.

i know that was for soldier and it was a average wizard hat this one is based of Vivi's and i was thinking of giving him his wand for a flame thrower replacement the idea may not materialize to well at all though

The vent is actually off the bomb cart dispenser.I was thinking of reducing the number of panels, but making the remaining ones bigger to create something like

Not to sound rude, but I don't know anywhere in his face that thing would suit, and it might clip an awful lot if placed on the other parts of his body.
I'm also not sure how it would be used as a saw, I do enjoy being positively surprised though :3:

well thats why I said i wasn't sure if it was possible. I was thinking if there was a way in the qc file to tell what bone in the player model to attach to? right now I have a qc file for a hat and it says "big_head" so it makes me think i could just find a bone near the hip and use that instead.
as a melee.. well, i don't know either. it would take custom animations and a swing would be needed instead of a stab.

The topology of the lights is really weird. If that's what you plan on doing, I bet you could half the amount of polygons used by going with a simpler, shape for the lights.
