The shorter charge time is leading to some self-damage mistakes because I was used to the old charging time.
But yeah, it's better now. More consistent, and you'll be able to fire more shots in a shorter period thanks to the shorter charge time. The DONK effect is really rad too.

Dislike this change. Bullets most likely won't do too much to a sniper unless if they are close, and lets be honest if someone is close to you as a sniper you are probably dead anyway.
Explosives are a sniper's biggest problem, I'd prefer it was swapped. Yes, I know other snipers are a huge threat, but -15% damage resistance won't protect you from a fully charged body shot. You would live through a normal headshot, but meh.
If you ask me, Valve's experience with Dota 2 may have taught them a lot about how to balance stuff properly.

Well, you do lose the SMG for that shield, wouldn't it be better if both stats were reductions?
It saddens me greatly to see no third misc slot with so many options now available to classes, then again it took them a long time to add a second...

correct me if i'm mistaken, but wouldn't the bullet resistance let you live through an uncharged headshot AND a fully charged body shot? they both do 150...

I think the point is that it gives you 'headshot immunity' in a roundabout way.

they should have nerfed the splendid screen rather than buff the targe, but whatever I'm happy since it's actually more of a pyro nerf.

Sadly no, and I don't think they ever will, along with shell ejections and the grenade launcher having a visible grey nade on drop.

Hm. Didn't think about it that way. Although that's not exactly to my benefit, as I play Pyro more than Demo. :v:
Eagle, Skateboard,Boxing Belt, Lt. Bites, Soot Suit, Bug Fixes. Not bad, not bad. Could be better, but good job TF team the game has some much-needed polish now.
