A friend of mine was basically forbidden by his parents to play TF2 shortly after either the Sniper Vs. Spy update or the WAR Update and has only recently been allowed to play it again. He doesn't have many weapons, and has only two hats: The Ghastlier Gibus and the Cheater's Lament. He is the very definition of Poor and Irish. So if anyone would like to donate some weapons (or hats) to him, that'd be great.

I don't think that's really how the drop system works, unfortunately.
Idling is also kinda out of the question here, mostly because the computer he plays TF2 on is not his. It's his parents'.
