Offline Practice, sv_cheats 1, host_timescale 0.1, have fun.
The performance on my computer is too bad for me to really enjoy it
I don't think ur pc is more badder than mine but i managed to make a nice config and it works somewhat good but it makes me play bad I hate the stutters and freezes so much :<.
I always play about an hour a day since I bought the thing.
Just try some new modes, like TF2ware, Prophunt or even Pull.
Aye, i have the same feeling. Just wait till Engie and Polycount updates, it is going to be sweet.
Try out a new class, there's always going to be class that you don't like but haven't really tried.
I know that when I first started playing I only liked Demoman and didn't play the other classes, then I discovered how to play spy and loved it, I played spy for nearly a year and it was my favorite class, and just recently (3 months) I started playing scout and guess what I found a new favirote class and had loads of fun with it, it was the same rush of playing the game for the first time.
Even though beforehand I never really enjoyed the scout, wants I got into it and knew how to play it I absolutely love it.
SO FIND ANOTHER CLASS.
It's by no means boring, but either update would be welcome at this time. Even so, right now it's morphed into "chatroom with guns" which is still no bad thing.
I was on a nonsrs server that enabled infinite double jumps on Scouts.

T'was fun.
People complain that they want more stuff to play with so the game will be interesting again....
Wanna know what I wish for?
I wish for a vanilla mode.
The ability to create and join servers where you have turned of all the new stuff (aside from the fixes), and play the TF2 classes the same way they were designed when the game was released :(
I would really like to try to play TF2 the same way it used to be played, the only difference being more maps, and less bugs/exploits.
It only gets boring for me when the opposing team wins continuously.
Amen Simski, amen....
I think OP is just going through one of those phases. There was a lull for me after the Sniper+Spy update where I felt bored of TF2 for a bit. Trust me, you'll end up having fun with TF2 again, you might just need to take a break from playing it for a few weeks.
Tf2 is just one of those games that I know I'm not that good at, but I play it every day because the people are so awesome.
My friend went months without playing it because he couldn't get back into it. Then he came over and saw me playing it and asked if he could and now he plays it all the time.
Not possible.
Hellmet is right
Well, considering the game is just a hat collecting simulator these days, I can agree with you OP.
I kinda regret buying TF2 in the first place. I simply got so caught up when everyone boasted about how awesome it was, that I just felt that I had to buy it. I try to enjoy it, but I simply can't. The small fact that I once accidentally ran straight into a corner filled with furry porn sprays doesn't exactly make it better. :v: (It's not even funny, I feel that shit almost gave me nightmares).
It's simply not a game for me.
It could be fun to have mutations like Valve's done with lfd2. optional, relatively simple plugins that every server would have available. for vote, maybe. you could vote for melee only, for example. or, have a mode where everyone's health slowly diminishes and dead players drop small health packs.
Wow really Rixxz2 you don't like TF2....
It gets boring when i hit my drops limit after 3 drops
Wow really Rixxz2 you don't like TF2....
Nope. I don't know what it is, but it simply doesn't appeal to me at all.
Wow really Rixxz2 you don't like TF2....
Many people in my class don't like it either. One of them doesn't like FPS. The other ones who like FPS but don't like TF2 play WoW.
I've followed this game for about 2 years and still have yet to play it for PC, played once on Xbawks
Fuck you for getting bored, I want to fucking play.

I don't get why people like you play the game in the first place. Many other people in the thread this applies to, I just picked you two.
Nope. I don't know what it is, but it simply doesn't appeal to me at all.
To tell you the truth I think you just have to find the right class, I remember going into TF2 for the first week and I hated it, I couldn't play anything and kept dieing, until I started playing spy, after I got to grips with it I started enjoying the game so much and as of now discovered scout.
To be honest it's a strange game because there is a large learning curve when playing any class which makes the difference of just playing it/dieing loads and being good/enjoy it.
nah just play soldier first
my first was heavy and i was awful
Stop playing 24/7 servers?
Probably a dumb question, but whats the difference?
Playing the same map over and over gets boring, playing servers which change map every few rounds are much more interesting.

I couldn't agree with you more.
Play a different game for a bit?
