Someone seriously needs to send Valve a "polite" message on the issue of their half-assed updates.

They could have just made something similar to how the stickybombs break apart instead of just *poof* sparks and for the animations, they could have easily took a few minutes and modify the hands so that one grenade would fit into at least one slot. It pisses me off that they're practically encouraging everyone to buy things from the store by making it time consuming to get one weapon, yet we get content that was probably thrown together in probably two days that had absolutely zero effort put into it. Christ, they put more effort in to the pointless hats than they do for the weapons which are the lifeline of fun in the game.
You don't have to fucking buy it if you don't want to, stop saying that they're "encouraging everyone to buy things". Tell me how is that not encouraging us to buy from their store? It costs around 21 items for scrap just to get 7 half-assed weapons. Also, for another example. Look at the price for one of the new sets. It's what? $19.99, now look at the price for the Winter Pack. It's a ten dollar difference to get one set as opposed to all three at once. If you were to buy all three of the new sets separately, it would cost you sixty dollars. They're basically telling you to buy the whole thing in one go or fuck off.

The whole "Gernades explode on contact with surfaces" Is pretty dumb. There is a reason we have a the rocket launcher. If I were to change the stats on the LnL it would be this +25% Direct hit damage +25% Projectile speed +10% Reload speed -20% explsoive damge after hitting a surface. -50% clip size

Sometimes even [i]moreso[/i] than normal weapons, because things the devs only glanced at while rushing out the door are rarely balanced, and quite likely unbalanced in the favor of a clever player holding it while no one else can. I'm thinking 25% dmg on the first grenade, and if that hits it goes up to 50% on the next.
