Add a "UVW Unwrap" modifier and choose face selection. Then grab a chunk of the model (as pictured) and hit pelt. A quick test revealed that faceposing doesn't impact the monocle/mustache combo that much. There's occasional clipping, but it's negligible.
Here's a sneak peak at what it looks like in game (don't mind the checkers, it was a test; I'm not done yet):

The STOP-part of the sign is upside-down.
So my HLMV crashes every time I open it. I assumed it was a corrupt file, so I reinstalled Source SDK entirely. Still crashing. :smith:
