Also here's an idea I'll throw out if anyone likes it. Instead of hats, add some facial hair. I think it adds more personality to the classes than most silly hats.

Heres the story behind them, a man wanted to stop teenage smoking by telling them all about the wonders of lung cancer and the medicinal effects of tar, it didnt work. SO he made those as a way to relate cigs to death so that the teens wouldnt buy it. the plan completly bombed and he made a killing of them, unintentionally.
I've noticed something...Even the custom pyro hats are a FUCKING DISGRACE to the Pyro. NOBODY other than like 2-3 people take his hats seriously! Can somebody make a gibbus replacement for Pyro that actually makes him look Epic, not like a Fucking JOKE!
