Well that's more understandable now. Like I said before, either use vtfedit or vtex for your conversion between TGA/VTF. Mainly suggesting the use of TGA as it's a easy way of saving a image format which is high quality and provides a highly customisable alpha system (and also the fact that vtex will only handle TGA's).

You can actually run PSDs through VTFedit, even though it doesn't tell you you can - You just have to set the file extension mode to All Files.

Ok. I now have one of the skins that my brother backed up on his computer. This one edits the brigade helm to look like a couple of my Grandpa's old fire helmets. NOTE: Despite how it looks, they were not made just by screwing around with Hue and Saturation. Second off, I don't have the brigade helm, so I don't have ingame screenshots. Third off, this was another fairly early skin. My third, I think.
