As a single hat? No. However I do believe you can achieve an invisible head effect by adding "$nodraw" to all of the vmts for the Spy's head. Eyes would be a bit trickier, as it seems that every class shares the same eye materials.

This isn't a Hat Emporium, it's a MOD emporium. And the sunglasses could be replaced with goggles a la the original black and white film. That would solve both problems.

Hang on, here's a picture of the ghost Spy, to show you what it would basically look like:

Edits to be made to it:
Add sunglasses/goggles
Remove gloves
(If you can) Make the BLU skin have bandages on his head, with perhaps a few bits slipping off revealing his invisibility.
(If possible) Remove cigarette and smoke.
(If you want) Give him Fancy Fedora. Actually, scrap that, that'd screw up the other hats.
(If you can get a British guy) Get a British guy to redo the Spy's lines, if not replace some of them with quotes from the black and white original film.
