Well, I haven't gotten around to it yet. I was busy working on that report, which was NOT a lie. And then my parents found out that my great-aunt from Colorado is in town, so then we had to go visit. By the time we got back, it was like, 10:30 pm where we live. But I'll go ahead and upload the file and make a promo later.

I realize you must be tired of all the flaming and hatred directed at you at the moment, and thus I will try to say this the nices way possible.
People really aren't that interested in your excuses nor your "reasons".
What they want to know is what you're doing, and when it's done.
If your post is an excuse/reason, just don't post.
People are probably not eagerly anticipating your every new project so it really does not matter much if your work is late or not.
So basically:
1. -Optional- Tell people what your project is.
2. -Optional- Give them a deadline (Only do this is people are eagerly anticipating your new arrival, and if you are pretty damn sure you can keep the deadline).
3. If you are late, unless someone asks for an excuse/reason, don't give them one.
4. Finish your project.
5. Post project.
6. Fix Promo.
