(my thoughts: its a lot of work to make something like this, but some parts are really rushed, and low quality. some parts of it look plain ugly and unfitting, for example the hud meter, it has extremely pixelated edges, though its a great idea to replace the health meter with a christmas tree. however its a good idea. but with more work it could be an awesome pack for the holidays.)

You have the same problem I did while trying to reskin the entire game. A lot of it looks rushed, the greens are WAY too bright, and the spies mask is blue. What about the teleporter glows? Or the blutsaugers? Or for that matter, all of the team colored weapons? Buildables? Gloves? Sleeves? Honestly you have a LOT of time before Christmas comes around, redo all of this, make it better, then come back and release it December 25th.

I didn't know it looked that bad. I have to play on lowest video settings, so everything looks horrible anyway.... I thought it would be better on higher settings.......

What everyone else said. He was one of the most rushed, along with Soldier. Soldier really doesn't have a Christmas symbol. (Yet. It's coming in V2.)

There is a christmas-related image on everyone but Soldier. Scout, Spy, and Soldier were the last ones I did, and I was running out of ideas. And the Santa could be so much worse, for a self-made sprite. In fact, Most of them are self-made.

Is it a custom model or just a custom texture? Does it show up with a purple/black texture or not at all? Are you sure you're not on an sv_pure server?
I just downloaded that Bowser Shell thing, and copied it to the FP Unsrs Server under the folders "models/bowserhat/heavy_bowser.mdl" etc etc.
It doesn't show up when I equip it in Equipment Manager. any help?

... You need to hex it then setup the config under a index for the model.
